These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of GlobChat, a temporary, real-time, publicly accessible communication service. By accessing, entering, browsing, or using GlobChat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using GlobChat, you form a binding agreement with the operator of the service. If you do not accept every provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the service. Your continued use after any modification constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of GlobChat

GlobChat provides a shared, real-time, temporary communication environment in which users may submit messages and, where enabled, images, videos, documents, links, and other files. The service is not a private messaging system, archival repository, secure file-transfer service, emergency service, professional-advice service, or substitute for appropriate law-enforcement or medical assistance.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use GlobChat only if you are legally capable of entering this agreement and are permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable statutes, regulations, orders, contractual duties, and third-party rights.

4. User-generated content

You retain responsibility for every message, username, image, video, audio recording, document, link, attachment, or other material that you submit, upload, transmit, or distribute. You represent that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content and that doing so does not violate law or another person's rights.

GlobChat does not endorse, authenticate, verify, pre-screen, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, quality, or reliability of user-generated content. Content may be inaccurate, offensive, manipulative, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited conduct and content

You must not use GlobChat to create, upload, distribute, request, or facilitate content or conduct that:

• Harasses, threatens, intimidates, stalks, abuses, humiliates, or targets another person;
• Promotes hatred, violence, terrorism, exploitation, self-harm, criminal activity, or dangerous behavior;
• Contains child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, or any unlawful sexual content;
• Is obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, excessively graphic, or deliberately distressing;
• Impersonates another individual or organization, deceives users, or misrepresents affiliation;
• Reveals private information, performs doxxing, or violates privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights;
• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade-secret, patent, or other intellectual-property rights;
• Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, trojans, malicious scripts, corrupted files, phishing mechanisms, or harmful code;
• Attempts fraud, extortion, credential theft, financial deception, spam, commercial abuse, or unauthorized solicitation;
• Interferes with the service through scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, reverse engineering, exploitation, or circumvention of technical controls.

6. Abuse, harmful media, and user safety

Because GlobChat is user-generated and real-time, prohibited material may appear before it can be reviewed or removed. We do not guarantee that moderation will be immediate, comprehensive, consistent, or capable of identifying every harmful communication. Users encounter content and other users at their own discretion and risk.

If you encounter abuse, threats, illegal material, or content that creates an immediate safety concern, preserve relevant information where lawful and report it through the available reporting channel. Contact emergency services or appropriate authorities for immediate danger; GlobChat is not an emergency-response service.

7. Files, links, malware, and external resources

Links, attachments, downloads, and external resources supplied by users may lead to phishing pages, fraudulent services, malware, ransomware, spyware, corrupted data, or other harmful material. You are solely responsible for independently evaluating and scanning any file or link before opening, downloading, executing, or sharing it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobChat is not responsible for device damage, data loss, identity theft, credential compromise, account takeover, financial loss, privacy loss, business interruption, or any other harm arising from user-provided files, links, media, downloads, or external websites.

8. Privacy and confidentiality

Communications in a public room should not be treated as confidential. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, payment details, government identifiers, private addresses, medical information, confidential business material, or any other sensitive data. You are responsible for the consequences of information you voluntarily disclose.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, investigate reports, remove or restrict content, limit functionality, block files or links, suspend sessions, terminate access, preserve information, or report suspected unlawful conduct. We may take these actions with or without prior notice where permitted by law. Failure to detect or remove content does not constitute approval, endorsement, or waiver of our rights.

10. Temporary content and availability

GlobChat is designed for temporary communication. Messages and uploaded material may be deleted, become unavailable, fail to transmit, or be removed without notice. We do not promise permanent storage, message recovery, uninterrupted availability, accurate online counts, or preservation of any content. Do not rely on GlobChat as a backup or archival system.

11. Intellectual property

GlobChat's software, interface, branding, visual design, logos, and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or create derivative works from the service.

By submitting content, you grant GlobChat a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, transmit, technically reproduce, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to technical backups and legal obligations.

12. Reporting violations

Reports should identify the relevant content, user, link, file, or conduct and provide enough information for review. Do not knowingly submit false, malicious, or fraudulent reports. We may use reports to moderate content, protect users, improve safety systems, or cooperate with lawful investigations.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobChat is provided "as is," "as available," and "with all faults," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and freedom from malicious code.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobChat and its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, privacy, reputation, device functionality, account access, or security.

This limitation includes harm arising from user conduct, abusive or offensive content, unlawful material, malware, malicious files, deceptive links, downloaded attachments, data disclosure, privacy violations, unauthorized access, service interruption, technical failure, deletion, transmission failure, or reliance on information obtained through GlobChat. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlobChat and its associated parties from claims, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, conduct, use of the service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, threatened the safety or integrity of the service, engaged in unlawful or malicious activity, or created risk for users or third parties. Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

17. Legal disclosure and cooperation
